http://www.slbinvestments.com – We are a family owned property management company in the Houston area and had a website for several years before meeting Andy. The number of prospects we received from our first site was minimal and we felt like we needed to do something different. After a failed attempt to hire a new web designer, we were referred to Andy by one of our tenants. Our tenant said that Andy worked wonders for his site and that his site was generating new leads and sales.

Actually, we didn’t really know a lot about SEO and were looking for a website designer not an SEO company. Fortunately we found Andy who does both and he educated us on how our site should look and explained the SEO process. Now that we know how SEO works, we should have been looking for an SEO company first.

After our first site was up and running, we were not getting the results we expected. We questioned our website designer and he said we should have our site optimized and referred us to a company to do the SEO. It was almost an after thought to do the SEO and was never mentioned while our site was under construction. After hiring the 1st SEO company our website hit the 1st page but it didn’t last. Within a few weeks our site was way down the list and was showing up some where after the 5th or 6th page. Also, it seemed like we were getting an email from the SEO company every few days wanting us to reword each of our web pages.

Andy was professional and always answered our questions.
7. How soon did you start seeing improvements in traffic and enquiries?
30 to 60 days. I’m the type of person who wants instant gratification so when I didn’t see improvement in a couple of weeks, I was frustrated. Andy assured me that things would start to improve and that we would see improvement in a few more weeks. Sure enough, our website started to hit the first page of Yahoo, then MSN, and then Google. By the end of the second month, our site was showing on the 1st page of all the major web browsers

Yes. Our new website has been on line for about 6 months and the number of inquiries we received from the site has been steadily increasing every month. Not only are we getting local prospects, we are now getting inquiries from out of town people wanting open a new location in the Houston area.
